The mission of the Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation Coordination Office at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University is to develop and implement university-wide strategies for artificial intelligence and digital transformation, to ensure institutional alignment with emerging technologies, and to support research, education, and practical applications in this field. The Coordination Office aims to foster a culture of innovation, contribute to the development of AI-supported educational and administrative solutions, and lead collaborations between academia, industry, and public institutions in advanced technology areas.
To determine and implement artificial intelligence strategies within the university and ensure adaptation to emerging technologies.
To coordinate interdisciplinary studies in AI, big data, cybersecurity, cloud computing, robotics, and other advanced technologies across university units.
To develop and manage the university’s digital transformation roadmap and promote digitalization in academic and administrative processes.
To organize training sessions, seminars, and awareness activities in areas such as AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), augmented/virtual reality, and data analytics.
To support cybersecurity awareness and create training modules related to data privacy and digital protection.
To provide consultancy services and develop AI-based solutions in cooperation with national and international stakeholders.
To initiate university-industry cooperation projects with a focus on artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
To enhance decision-making processes at the university through data-driven AI models such as classification, modeling, and forecasting systems.
To develop personalized and interactive educational content supported by AI technologies.
